Ajmer’s Rumani Kapoor Crowned “Haut Monde Mrs India Worldwide USA North 2025” – A Global Triumph for Rajasthan

In a moment of immense pride for Rajasthan and the Indian diaspora, Rumani Kapoor, originally from Ajmer, has been crowned “Haut Monde Mrs. India Worldwide USA North-14 (2025)”. Currently based in Seattle, USA, and working as a seasoned software engineer, Rumani also bagged the prestigious title of “Mrs. Beautiful Hair 2025” at the grand finale held at Bahi Ajman Palace, UAE on June 20.
The six-day international pageant took place across Voco Monaco Dubai World Islands and Ajman, where contestants participated in talent rounds, grooming sessions, and high-fashion runway walks. Rumani stood out with her powerful stage presence, cultural pride, and commanding elegance.
Her highlight performance included a captivating Kalbeliya dance, a traditional Rajasthani folk form, performed on iron nails — a symbolic tribute to the resilience and balance embodied by women. Her unique style, especially her signature curly hair and vibrant personality, captivated both the audience and the judges.
Rumani’s ramp walk and overall grooming were enhanced by Bollywood’s acclaimed experts Mrs. Kavita Kharayat and Mr. Sunny Kamble, under the creative direction of renowned show choreographer Mrs. Lubna Adam. Her elegant wardrobe was curated by celebrated designer Anjali Sahani.

Beyond the spotlight, Rumani is a tech industry leader, having led major software development projects in the U.S. healthcare and digital sectors. A firm believer in giving back, she actively collaborates with Indian NGO Doosra Dashak to empower girls through education, and works with Co-Music Pro and SSAIS in the U.S. to promote inclusive arts and ensure child safety in schools.

She is also a distinguished Master of Ceremonies, event coordinator, and social media strategist for multiple global nonprofits and corporate events.

With her roots deeply embedded in Ajmer and her vision expanding across continents, Rumani Kapoor exemplifies the modern global Indian woman — confident, cultured, and committed to progress. Her remarkable victory not only uplifts her personal journey but also shines a spotlight on Rajasthan’s rich heritage and the global potential of Indian women. Rumani completed her schooling at St. Mary’s Convent School, Ajmer. Thereafter, she earned a B.Tech degree from M.A.T. University, Jaipur, and was also honored with the title of All-Round Best Student of the University. From there, she was selected as a Software Engineer at Azim Premji’s Wipro Company in Bengaluru. Later, she joined Siemens as a Software Development Engineer. In 2019, Siemens promoted her to the position of Senior Health Software Development Engineer in Seattle, USA. Both she and her husband are working as engineers in the USA.Since childhood, Rumani has played a leading role in academic and cultural activities based on her talents. From a young age, she has been driven by a desire to contribute to women’s education and empowerment, initially through the Lok Jumbish Project and currently through Doosra Dashak in Rajasthan, with a spirit of collaboration.
